1.  Three granddaughters, the twins (six) and another (5), sitting on papa’s lap and reading to him off and on throughout the day.

2.  Playing basketball with our 8 year-old grandson who is playing in a league this year.  He wanted to show me all the drills they do at practice.

3.  Having a rubble of grandkids stacked up against me as we watch Ghost Busters . . . “one more time, papa!”

4.  Being quiet and listening to a family of adult children and their spouses discuss all the fun things of their lives.

Really boring stuff . . . It was a good day.
